“My husband and I recently took our youth group from church here for dinner. We took them there prior to a play and they really went out of their way to make it an extra special time for us. We had never been there before, but contacted them and asked them could we have reservations for 11 people and they were so VERY NICE from the initial phone conversation to the checking out after we ate. They knew we were a church ⛪️ group and not only reserved us a spot, but had candy canes set up on their tables as a J for Jesus, I thought that was just great! The Buffalo Wings were a hit! One of the boys that ordered pizza really liked his as well! Their french fries were cooked in Beef tallow and they were DELICIOUS! I ordered a salad, and I wasn’t too crazy about it, but I so very much liked the atmosphere, their wonderful customer service, the french fries, and more, I would just probably get a hamburger the next time I went. My husband very much liked his meal also and we would definitely go there again. It was such a nice treat and we are glad to give them this good review.”

“Capizzis was recommended by my cousin so we decided to stop by. The first few minutes told me that we made the correct choice. We were greeted at the door by the owner's sister. She was friendly and engaging and gave us her top 3 recommendations. I ordered one of them; Chicken and Shrimp Sicilliani. Oh it was delicious! We also ordered calamari and it was superb. Hubby ordered pizza and said it was wonderful. The bread served was soft and yummy. If you're in Paris and want Italian, go to Capizzis. you will not regret it. To the beautiful daughter that shared her family story with us: you and your brother are making your parents proud. May God bless you abundantly.”

Hostess new the food wasn't suitable but she bagged anyway and gave to customers. Food was returned and hostess started crying and she got yelled at by a waitress. Manager cooking and he never came out of kitchen. Our food sat under heat lamp for about ten minutes and we had to ask is that our food. Blt was ok but fries a little hard. We asked if the hostess was ok and was told yes she's been here all day but she's got an easy job so don't know why she's acting like that. Hostess didn't know what she was doing. She would open up each container four or five times before she bagged it. She would even shake it and you could hear how hard it was but she bagged anyway. Need new management.”

Unlike many other restaurants, every waitress/ waiter that walked passed us asked if we needed anything or if we could use more coffee! The diner bar seating was just like you walked into the 50s. Although the wait for the food was a bit long it was understandable because they were so busy, we had a great experience. The prices are great too and you get a good amount of food. Definitely a place to go if you love the old fashioned family diner experience.”

“My husband and I have been going to Catfish King for many years for takeout. We live in the county and it's a good drive to town. The food is excellent!! Today was quite a let down though. We ordered two special catch dinners with baked potatoes and wo pecan pie . When we drove back home, we found that they left out the pie that we had paid for. We really missed the pie, and can't afford to give money for something that we didn't receive. We will continue to go to Catfish King, and make sure our order is checked before we leave the drive thru!!”

“I love everything about Braums! I wish we could get another one on the south end of Sherman where they are putting in alot of restaurants, because they sell groceries also and we really need that down here as there is not a grocery store down here.”

“We stopped for lunch on our way home from Oklahoma because it was my daughter's birthday and she got to pick. She is all about deals and she had a reward for a free dessert for her birthday. My wife and I hadn't been in years to any Chili's. (The one near where we live is so loud that we can't have a conversation and there's very little on the menu that's healthy AND good.) My wife had the Southwestern Egg Rolls which has always been her favorite. I asked her if they were as good as she remembered and she said they were. I had a Santa Fe Chicken Salad because it was somewhat healthy. It was good. (Not as good as something fried but hey, you gotta do what you can do.) My daughter had a Presidential Margarita (to celebrate her birthday) and then the lunch combo of the Chicken Enchilada Soup and a half Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The soup had some body to it and had real pieces of chicken. And the "half" sandwich was huge. Both items looked delicious, and my daughter vouched for that. After we finished eating, we had to get the manager over to help us with redeeming the "reward" for the dessert. She was as nice as she could be and quickly got it ordered and taken off the bill. My wife and daughter shared the Molten Chocolate Cake. They ate every bite so that pretty much speaks for itself. We had to wait a bit when we entered to get someone to come to the front and seat us and we saw others experience that as well. They weren't that busy, but it looked like they needed one more server. Other than that, we had a great time, the food was good and the folks there were nice. And I thought for all that we got the prices were reasonable. (~50 before tip and that includes the Presidential Margarita) It was much quieter and more laid back than the Chili's near our home. There still aren't a lot of "healthy" options but we were able to have a conversation without yelling across the table. All in all, a good experience and a nice birthday lunch with our daughter.”

“It's not much to look at, but the good was pretty good. The hot and sour soup is exactly like I expect it to taste. The crab salad was good as well. The wasbi was too loose and had a bit of a floral taste, so I didn't like it at all. The women's bathroom was not okay. I walked in, and walked right back out. It's a good thing, I keep handiwipes in my purse.”

“This is one of the few chain restaurants we still go to. We usually only eat local. The cheese sticks are a must for us. The waitresses and waiters are always friendly. It's laid back and can get a tad loud but that's to be expected in a bar and grill. We feel it's ok to take our family in there and enjoy a fun time. The prices are about the same as anywhere else as can be expected.”
