I just have to tell you.... Our annual party was a total success because of Fireside BBQ!!!! Billy Dicken catered the BBQ and it was amazing!!!! We will be recommending you guys and girls!!!

We eat BBQ all over the country and this is now in our top 2. The brisket slices pulled apart easily no knife needed. The chopped pork was tender and juicy. We could make a meal of just the Cowboy beans. Cole slaw was not nothing we have ever had and would highly recommend. The sauce was sweet and tangy perfect combination.
