I had been passing by this place for the past year so finally decided to try it the other day. Their regular size burger is 1/3 pound but i decided to try the Classic Burgerim trio which are basically three sliders of your choice. I got a mix Angus Beef and Crispy Chicken. You also could choose lamb, grilled chicken, turkey. Or even Impossible burger. The buns were tasty but not warmed. The beef was a bit dry but not bad. The crispy chicken reminded of the taste of those little chicken sandwiches at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The sliders were bigger than I expected so choosing the Duo instead of the Trio would have been filling enough. I did not like the cheese I got on my fries but the fries themselves were hot and good. Would I eat here on my own again? Probably not. If one of my friends said they wanted to eat here I would probably be ok with it. Just average food for a price that is a bit too high for me.

This place is amazing! Such a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I loved it. Great food and their cheesy fries are so yummy. The customer service we had was also amazing. He was so attentive to our needs. It was a little expensive, but their ingredients and fresh and hard to get. I feel bad this place is a bit hidden it sure is delicious.

The food here was fresh.Friendly staff.The burger patties were a little on the small side even for a 1/3 pound.But the Fresh ingredients in great haste makes up the difference.Good menu choices at a great price.

I am writing this review as I am trying the food so that I don't miss anything. I so badly wanted to give this establishment 5 stars, but I just can't justify it in all fairness. I have given 1 star for being a smaller, independent franchise, and 1 star for the super friendly and sweet people that work there! We tried a few different items from the menu. First, we had the Greek lamb burger. For some reason, this burger came with two smaller patties instead of one regular sized one. The burgers themselves do not taste anything like lamb. I had another person try and verify this. Also, half of the meat was not seasoned at all and then you would bite into other spots and it was nothing but a solid salt taste. In general, the meat was very dry and cooked to a medium well temperature. The second burger was the Spanish beef burger. The jalapenos were nice, but the patty was very, very dry and not seasoned. It was cooked to a medium temperature which was nice, but still very firm and dry. Neither one of the burgers were worth $9.99 by far. I think maybe $4.99 would have been a fair price for what they are. The garlic aioli fried were also very bland and had little to no garlic taste. They did taste much more like parmesan than garlic for sure. That being said, the jalapeno cheese fries were the saving grace. As far as cheese fries go, they are a 10 out of 10! Overall, I have to give this place 3 stars. I do not feel that it is worth the cost. Again, I was really pulling for these guys!

This place was trash. I actually got sick from their food! Never again. I guess it just wasn’t as fresh. And they took forever. They were even busy nor did they have an online orders. All I ordered was a burger and onions which took like 40 mins. So I won’t want be coming back here. Just be aware!

the food was good, Ingredients are fresh, staff super friendly and nice. Between my wife, kiddo, and I the check was $35, my wife and I don't feel we got $35 worth of food. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I went this Christmas week.1.When I first opened the door it smelled like an ashtray, I thought “maybe someone just came back from brake” but no the whole place smelled like that the whole time I was there.2. It wasn’t the cleanest ever, there was no toilet paper nor napkins in the bathroom, the sink looked very filthy. Don’t know how often they clean the RR but the picture shows the chart3. The cashier seemed very sick and was not wearing a mask, she kept sneezing and sniffling, and she brought me my food right after sneezing for like a minute straight. If I hadn’t seen her use hand sanitizer I probably wouldn’t of eaten the food.Pros:1.the cashier was still very nice and friendly and apologetic, she said it was her allergies but still, maybe someone else should of handled food.2. The burger was good, not the best burger ever but it was decent, the fries not so much.

My wife and I just swang by due to the good reviews. We were not pleased with the food quality. Staff was great but walking out spending 40 dollars for strips, 2 3oz sliders and 1 chk sand meal for one is pricey. Then for ALL but the sliders to taste of nothing but old fry grease was just very dissapointing. Was my first time in and this is the first review ive ever posted cause it was just 40 dollars thrown away.
Paid six dollars for onion rings that were the size of something off the dollar menu at Burger King. Ordered through Uber eats did not match the picture not even close.

We DoorDashed our Halloween meal this evening & this is what I got..looks like a grilled chicken nugget between 2 buns! So disappointed & this is the first time we've ever had BurgerIM &most likely the last. Save your $ for a real sized burger y'all!

The lamb burger was dry . I wish it had more of the sauce on it. The wings were good nice flavor. The onion rings were ok. Maybe I’ll try a different burger next time. Yes I’ll give them again. Very polite staff. The place was really clean.

I love this place. I’m not in Pasadena often, but when I come through here for work, I’m absolutely stopping here for lunch. Whatever you get, get it Caliente style and live your best life! The management and staff are literally the sweetest and friendliest. They care about order and will do what they can to make your experience a phenomenal one!
