They allowed a pet dog to roam the restaurant. It was climbing on my leg. I walked across the room to wait on my order. Next thing I know his dog was urinating on my foot. Staff watched and never said a word. When I said something about it still noting was done. The dog ended io having about 4 puddles in the floor by the time I left. Casa ole didn’t clean it. They didn’t apologize. Manager didn’t care. Owner ignored me calls and emails
Came in Friday evening and we were sat. After that we didn’t see a waiter or receive any chips for over 15 minutes. After that we decided to leave. There wasn’t even a hostess or anyone at the register to ask for a manager. Usually when things like this happen, it’s a good sign to leave anyway, because you can almost guarantee the rest of the experience will be bad. Even a table that had been served saw us get up to leave and commented on the poor service.
The waiter Huber basically told us what not to order. NOTE When you come to this location bring your own silverware, we had to share a knife among 3 people. The enchiladas & steak, more like a slice of brisket drenched in a salty cheese sauce. Awful!! The beef enchilada, unflavored ground meat, again drenched in a red sauce WITH cheese. Cancun tilapia again with cheese and 8 tiny cocktail shrimp - no garlic sauce The plate was hot but not the food. At 8ish on a saturday night...read full review
