Chipotle Mexican Grill in Pasadena

“I absolutely love coming through this Chipotle. The food is always fresh, the seasoning is great on the chicken and steak. The new queso topping they sell is wonderful, though not fairly portioned when ordering a cup of it to accompany your chips. The only thing lacking here is the customer service. It's not the friendliest, definitely lacking. It wouldn't be worth mentioning as long as folks didn't visibly show their frustration over asking for extra condiments before a bowl or burrito are assembled. It's happened to frequently with evening staff that it's worth mentioning. Otherwise, the food is king.“

“Good place to eat if you like Tex-Mex fast food. When I eat at Chipotle I usually order a rap or a quesadilla. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are good. At this particular location the service is decent though the cleanliness could be a little bit better.“
