“Was introduced to Vietnamese food 11 years ago from co worker that is Vietnamese, ever since then have made this one of my favorites. I have tried diffrent restaurants and overall Pho Vi Vi has taken the title of being the best Vietnamese overall. I have made this a weekly stop to dine in weekly with family and co workers.The food and customer service is top of the line. 5 stars to cooking team who make the best food everytime I dine in. “Great variety and good food from the few trucks we've tried. Issue is, its hit and miss on when they're actually open. We've gone twice on the weekdays, once 3 trucks were open and the 2nd time none were. Assuming it must be primarily for the weekends.“
