“Got a strawberry cream snowcone and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean facility. Will definitely be going back often. Many people are complaining about the prices but they were equivalent to other popular snow cone places in the area (Tropical Chill or Kona Ice, etc) and these were far better with real fresh fruit on top. And they did not skimp on the fruit!“

“I was told this is a Houston staple and no lies were told! I’m an old soul and this is a community joint! First, the oldies playing smoothly in the background just put me right at ease. Who don’t love Motown? The older gentleman who took my order was sweet as pie, and told me to come back 😂 (got a side eye from the man). But the burger. They don’t make them like this anymore! Patty amazingly, cheese gooey, crisp lettuce, mayo hit. Best part was all the folks coming and going. Testament to this place! Cheers to another 60 years! #HEH“

“I DO NOT recommend. Paid $9 for a side salad with some chicken thrown on top. Only lettuce, a half of a slice of cucumber, lots of tomatoes after requesting no tomatoes, and no cheese after requesting cheese. Very very dissatisfied.“

“Love order their hot dogs on the weekend, just?? hate that lady charge me for two extra hotdogs. I did not order, when I think she should have gave it free to me. then they did ? make my cheese Fries, until I told them after I check my order, then when back a charge me for the cheese fries, even tho I thought I paid for the fries in the beginning. ??“

“A deer park institution. The filippos family has been running the business for over fifty four years. Now the two boys are running the place with her mother. Their father passed away ten years ago and they lost their sister to cancer eight years ago. The food quality is amazing. Fresh made hamburger patties everyday homemade. Onion rings and great gyros, that are authentic as greek can be. Give them a shot they are great family and they know how to cook great food.“

“Slightly better than the standard chain burgers stores especially since the buns were a bit too sugary tasting and the single patties are way to thin as was the old cheese and much to "pricey" over $ 107.00 for a family of four. On the positive side, the fries were fresh and plentiful. What we learned Whataburger or Miller's Cafe would have been a waaaaay better for the money and food@ 1/3 the price.“

“We visited yesterday and, as usual, the restaurant was extremely busy—BUT FOR GOOD REASON! Rubi handled everything amazingly. Even with a full house, she made sure our party of 14 was taken care of and seated as soon as possible. We waited about 45 minutes, which was completely expected, and ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!
The food was top tier—every single person in our group loved their meal. The quality, flavor, and overall experience never disappoint. Rubi and her husband (the owners) are hilarious, welcoming, and just genuinely cool people who make you feel at home.
We’re always happy to come here and will gladly wait every time because it’s that good. Highly recommend! 🍽️“
