Ordered a bucket online.
App told me it will be ready by 5:10 pm.
At 5:16 I arrived....not ready.....waited....said 7 more minutes.....waited.........it's 5:28.....waiting....finally at 5:34...Thats 24 minutes past what the app told me...I'm not mad at the employees in the store, I'm mad at the Corporation for lying to me.
Dang man Dominoes does way better than yall. Billion dollar corporation can't get their stuff together?)

Today was my second time at this KFC. The first time, my order was incomplete. I called and spoke to a manager and she said I could come in that same day and she would give me my mashed potatoes and gravy. I was not able to go that same day. Today I went back and asked specifically for fresh wedges and biscuits. I was told there would be a 5 minute wait. After 18 minutes, a kind, young gentleman came out with my order.
