Gabby was AWESOME and went above and beyond to provide great service. She was patient and so kind. She paid attention to detail and took additional notes to make sure that her delivery driver wouldn’t be late and would also have information needed to get into my community without delay. I highly recommend this awesome Location and the people that provide stellar service there.

I wanted to buy 2 orders of dozen bundtinis along with another dozen or so individual bundts for a funeral. I wanted one dozen chocolate and one dozen vanilla and I was told no bc it would be a custom order. RIDICULOUS. A custom order would’ve been 1 of this, 3 of that, etc. Lost our business.
I drove all the way to the Bay Area location needing a gluten free bundlet expecting to get one. I got there and was told they don't have any ready at the moment. I had to drive all the way to the Pasadena location to get what I needed. I was grateful they had what I needed and took care of me and had wonderful customer service!
