Ordered via the app. Did not receive one half the order. This left one in our party without food. Response from this Popeyes was to come in and pick it up. There are reasons it was requested for delivery. I do not recommend this Popeyes for delivery or take out. I had a previous take out order that I had to wait over 30 minutes for when I called it in 20 minutes previously. The customer service is terrible and cannot recommend this particular Popeyes to anyone. Avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could.

The food was bussin/good until I saw something in it that look like worms, one of them was like 6 inches long. I know it’s safe to eat food with some parasites as long as it’s cooked, but it being in my food is just unappetizing.The photo only shows a little bit of the worms that I took off but there were like 4 each above 3 in.

Don't get the shrimp, the tenders are ok. But the biscuits are dry you need a gallon tea just to put it down. Service is ok. Popeyes is newly built

The young female manager was yelling at a young guy employee he looks around 17 almost 18. The manager ruined my appetite, when I saw this, this is not okay. I've never witnessed a manager behave like this. Hopefully you get fired or sued.Even to be a manager there's an etiquette, I hope the employees sue for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

My husband went to get us dinner and ordered 2 meals and the teenager at the window charged him for someone else’s order and did nothing about it until my husband had to walk in and talk to the manager who didn’t believe him until he looked at his bank account and was charged $50 when it should’ve been $36. Now my husband is out $86 because of this place.

Went to the drive thru, 2 are touching their hair and face without gloves then handling food, a 3rd handed us our bag, got our order wrong and surprise surprise!! There was hair in our wings! Absolutely foul. Luckily we checked our food before we ate any.

Asked for 8 pc dark. Manager's response was that they only had 4 pieces dark and chicken breasts ready. She had no intention to cook more dark. So I had to ask her if they can cook more. She tries to put me off again and tells it's going to take 20 minutes. I paid for 2 apple pies, large Mac and cheese, and large mashed potatoes and gravy. I get home, no pies or Mac and cheese. Just the chicken, a small potatoes and gravy, and very old, hard biscuits. Situation was corrected by never going to a Popeye's again.

Not sure what kinda of wings these are but they are not up to par. Really small . Do not order. Really disappointed. ? I ate them because I'm hungry but wanted to let the public know these are not worth it.....again the one to the side is small ! Did not want to waste the gas to go back.

Worse service ever! The General manager was screaming on the top of her lungs that the restaurant is hers. And how she doesn’t report to no one. It amazes me how rude she was being, and unprofessional in my opinion. If this situation made me feel really uncomfortable, I can just imagine how the employees must of felt. The person that acted like a crazy person is the general manager named Samaly. I will be reporting this to Texas Workforce Commission. If you’re the owner of this place I am more than happy to answer your questions.
