Subway in Pasadena

“Everything was very good. Restaurant is clean, veggies were fresh . I liked my sandwhich but as a former subway manager I feel inclined to mention that the artist who made my sandwhich did not follow the formulas.... I ordered the same sandwhich from two different locations and they both tasted completely different because the store by Kroger followed formulas and this one didn't . I eat my sandwhich anyway it was still very good. Just something for management to look at it's a small pet peeve of mine“

“My regular subway! Fast, friendly, and the food is always fresh and on point. Good honest employees here, my girlfriend left her phone on a dining room table and an employee named Marco caught with us in the parking lot before we left and returned her phone! That is rare these days to have employee go beyond! Will be back.. Thanks Marco“

“Was not charged for the meal and when I went to ask for my drinks she said she didn't charge me only charged me for chips and sandwich . Then I wasn't given adjustment but charged full price for drinks. Suppose to have given a discount since I bought a Meal deal! . But she was prob a newbie so I went ahead and let it go. “Came here today not thinking it would be open after the Strom.. but these 2 ladies were in there working hard with other customers...so glad I made my order online..I was greeted with wide smiles and was given my order. Went home and wow is all I can say...first of all it didn't take long for them to make my order for as busy as they were, also they made them perfect ?.

Vegetarian options: green peppers, black olives, lettuce, spinach, red onions, jalapeños, pickles and banana peppers... vegetarian sandwiches and salads ?

Parking: decent number if spots in front of their door.

“8/18/2024 I went in there around 4:15 or so and the woman behind the counter was slammed, so.the other woman who wasn't suppose to clock in til 5 took it upon herself to help off the clock,,I think she should get paid for helping when she didn't have to...“
