“I have to post this. I went late through drive thru and my order was somehow mixed up. Drinks were correct but I got wrong order which I wasn't too upset because they were SOOOOO busy. I didn't check until home so which was my fault . I called back and the girl was so nice and took my name and even have me the option to go back if I wanted to and they would remake it. I went back the next day at lunch and the Manager was so NICE!! they replaced my order and quick! Y'all their customer skills are GREAT! NOT ONE PERSON WAS RUDE FROM THE EVENING BEFORE TO THE NEXT DAY!!! I appreciate that so much!“
“It’s an older white lady who’s very rude and need to find another way to increase her income because working at Wendy’s isn’t it. She’s rude to customers and employees I had to speak up on the way she handle the really young cashier.“
“This Wendy's has very nice employees but like every fast food place nowadays they always make you pull up and wait even when no one is in line. I hate that. Nit the employees fault..it's just a false way of measuring how longitude takes to get a customer out.“
