I absolutely love Wendy's but this lady manager is extremely rude, and is poor in customer service. She always seems upset and never smiles. In my opinion she isn't fit to be a manager she lacks the qualities to be one. Everybody else has great customer service especially this young man with a screwdriver tattoo he always gives my food with a smile has a great energy and is nice to talk too.
