This isn’t the first time but dealing w Maribel the manager is a terrible experience everytime. She is beyond rude and not professional. Instead of accepting and apologizing for the mistake she tries to do the least. for some reason, the cheese enchiladas have a sour taste now. very disappointed with last night's dinner. I have been going to this location for 24 years and we said our final goodbye last night. no more.
Been going here for 25 years and in the past 2 months on two different occasions was served nasty cheese enchiladas. They tasted old like they had been sitting out for a few weeks. Management needs to figure it out before more loss of costumers like us. She was even making us pay for the pathetic meal. Lost appetite! No longer a costumer!! Bye Casa Ole!
