Something was wrong with the app today and I was unable to order curbside. Got in the drive thru line right at the noon hour stressed about the wait. However, these kids moved the line along quickly with a smile - even though it is really hot today!!
I feel like Chick-fil-A is making a real difference in the lives of this younger generation and I really appreciate the difference you find in service here!
I asked for no cheese on my breakfast bowl yesterday and they told me that they can’t make adjustments like that. I get it every few days at the Pearland Parkway, East Pearland, and Alvin locations depending on where I have to travel for work that day. They said that ever since November 1st, they can’t “do things like that”. I will NOT be going to this location again. 0/10 do not recommend.
