One of the cookies tasted mostly like cookie dough I didn't mind too much but it caught me off guard . The other 2 were good but super sweet and in my opinion there was a little bit too much icing. More icing than cookie. I did get the mini ones though so maybe the proportions are a little different from the big ones. The cookies taste better cold in my opinion.
Not sure how to redeem the birthday reward. Got the app, looked online. Asked staff for help and they said I need a bar code then left. Staff was not helpful but they were busy. So I just ended up buying one.
From the moment I walked in the door Rachel was absolutely enchanting and helpful. She took the time to explain all the different cookies, the ingredients that went into them and the time and dedication it takes to make such delicious pastries. The establishment itself is very clean, organized and well staffed. I will definitely be returning!
