Don’t be fooled by the Billboard, The chicken sandwich isn’t all that, very disappointing.
It was smaller than expected, the bun was soggy. I ordered the combo meal, the mac n cheese was good as was the coleslaw, but the mashed potatoes were one step above liquid, I could have eaten them with a straw.
Go to Popeyes instead, the chicken sandwich is much better.. KFC has a lot of catching up to do.
Great customer service, fresh food . I was greeted at the window, they even took a large bill I had
