“We really like Marcos for 5 yrs we have had you deliver to us without a problem. Last 2 times I have called you can never find our address. Today they hung up on me. We only live 1 mi away but we are 78 yrs old so delivery is easier for us. I wish the staff could handle it better“

“Just wanted to say I appreciate the customer service at this location. I ordered a pizza online and I’m not sure how but I added the wrong topping. I thought I pressed the option for spinach but somehow ended up with pineapple. Working customer service myself I didn’t want to do or ask too much. However deep down I would have been disappointed for spending money on something I didn’t really want. The employee who was handling my transaction asked if I would like it remade and was very patient, calm and nice about it. I apologized for the mistake on my part and said I would really appreciate it. She told me it was no problem and they made it happen. In a timely fashion. Even brought it out to the car which I was not expecting. I already frequent this location but I will continue to for sure after this.“
