Be careful. Consistency is not 100%. Good franchise and good people. My coffee wasn't the hottest and a little watery. Sausage had a smell this 1 time. Normally, it's all good! Other than that I rarely have a complaint. They did fix it right away.
Food made fast … the crew was welcoming … in and out quickly and my food was prepared nicely ….Comparing to some of these other reviews… I did go for breakfast so maybe the crew is just better in the morning

You'll have to enter your own order at the kiosk. And despite there being plenty of employees on a Saturday, the wait will be extensive.It seems that employees avoid eye contact with the customers waiting for items. I'd ordered at the kiosk and wanted my drink, but it took a while for someone to acknowledge me.Employees were rude to each other in plain sight of customers - even going as far as using profanity.The only reason I come here is for my children to frequent the play...read full review
