“A friend and I were looking for something new, local, and well reviewed. We were so lucky to stumble upon Saraya. Right next to a gas station, you wouldn't think there would be an amazing restaurant but, don't let that fool you. The second you walk in, you see the kitchen full of these lovely ladies cooking up meals from scratch. They were very welcoming and the vibe was very laid back. The portions were extremely generous, the food was made to order, fresh, and so delicious. I cannot wait to come back here again.“

The food is amazing. Genuinely hot, fresh and exceptionally flavorful. The portions are no joke either, for the price you pay you will be given a plate that is more than reasonable. Extra so if I must say.
The meals feel and taste home-cooked, like mom put something together for me after a long day.
Coming here I feel like I'm being fed rather than just coming to eat.

The staff are upmost kind, pleasant and genuine, the dining area is also clean and tidy. But do keep in mind this is a family owned establishment.

“Decent lunch option in the tunnels downtown. Certain things can be a bit overpriced but the rice bowl with gyro is pretty good for the price. Nothing too amazing but is still better than most other spots offering the same type of food.

Plus the coupon they give you for 10-15% off make it an even better deal as long as you remember to bring it.“

We tried the beef, chicken, and lamb shawarma, and every single one was incredible! The meat was flavorful, tender, and seasoned to perfection. You can really taste the authentic Mediterranean flavors in every bite.
It’s not often that all three options impress you equally, but this place absolutely delivered. If you love shawarma, you HAVE to try this place! 🤤

“First of all when I walked in, it was clean they were very nice. They welcome in the menu was straight to the point. They explained to me everything was fresh and it definitely looked fresh. I got the lamb platter which was a bowl with rice, lamb lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions corn had two sauces and a hot sauce. They were not skimpy on anything. I still have leftovers.“

“Overall, I had a very good experience here. The food was high quality and there was a great variety for a Mediterranean buffet. While it is a little bit on the pricier side, it’s quite reasonable considering it's all-you-can-eat and the food is consistently good. Definitely worth a visit if you're hungry for Mediterranean!“
