Staff is super nice, I usually come here for coffee and 9.5/10 times the coffee is old and cold, the coffee when fresh is super good, if you ask the staff to brew a new batch they happily and politely do it, however, if you are there almost every day it would not be easy to ask for a fresh batch everytime, I would suggest that they check routinely and make fresh ones when it's time, thats my only take on this place other than that, the place and staff are perfect.
Door dashed food and was very specific as to what I wanted and did not want on my sandwich. Staff did not pay any attention to my order and I could not eat it as I had to throw it away. Too expensive of a meal to not be able to eat it
This is probably the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. We were the only ones there. We did not order much, yet they still took a while to serve us. All I ordered was the yogurt and it was supposed to come with granola. They gave me yogurt without it then took a while to get the granola. Panera Bread used to be good all around, not anymore!
