I got to try the Sonny's sampler platter, which came with brisket, sausage, ribs, and a drumstick. The smoke flavor was spot on across the board. The brisket was super flavorful, and the sausage had a nice little kick that I really enjoyed. The drumstick was a great size and honestly reminded me of those turkey legs you get at the rodeo—fun and satisfying. Yum Yum! Thank you for the wonderful sampler today. Brisket was good, not dry but that rib was to die for! So meaty, with great flavor and nice and tender. The chicken was perfection with the crust being just a little crispy. It was almost too beautiful to ruin by biting, but I’m so glad I did!
