“They replaced the person who receives your order in the drive-thru with an AI brick. You can hear when the AI messes up, an employee has to rush over to cover for it. If AI is for convenience, why does it make things for the employees more complicated?“
“This is a KFC/Taco Bell location. I opted for chicken today. I was told the biscuits weren't ready but no problem they offered a replacement item but I opted out and took an extra jalapeño. Got home, no straw, no napkins, no utensils. Glad I was at home and not trying to eat on the fly. My chicken was crispy and taters were good as always. The guy taking the order originally seemed a bit confused but he was sweet. The Mgr took over like superman to the rescue.“
