“I use to work PT some years ago in Houston, TX at Hartz Chicken. Absolutely it was one of the best places to get chicken. Employees were never “just relaxing”… when it wasn’t busy, we were looking over the restrooms, wiping tables and straightening up different things. The food was excellent, the oil was fresh and for the most part tables were clean. Five employees needed to be working and out their phones down.“
