My friend and I went to grab a bite. Servers were on their A game frequent check ins and automatically topping water This being the second thai restaurant I've been to here in TX and I must say the ratings don't do it justice. I feel it far superior to the one with higher ratings.
I got the Thai curry dish and the flavor was great! Spice level was customizable, and I should’ve increased it more. The general tso plate also was good. What they used to fry it was very light and crispy, and the sauce was good. The lady helping us was so nice too!
This was my second time...was looking forward to this because i love Chinese food but hate Panda Express ..the food tasted like it was cooked in old oil not fresh...so that's what I tasted... old oil and it made the food taste not good. My advice... don't use the same oil all day.... change that out!

Bamboo Bistro Pflugerville offers a variety of options, like the Teriyaki vegetable with fried rice and Yellow Curry with chicken. The food was really good, with big portions and super reasonable prices. The basil fried rice was flavorful, with a nice balance of spices and fresh basil aroma. Chef's special Jalepeno crispy fried chicken was too good. The glazed chicken and wonton are must-tries. This nice hidden place is great for late-night cravings, and they stay open late with an added gratuity. The manager/owner was very friendly and the staff was great, kind, and helpful.
