Today, with temperatures at a frigid 30°, I saw two employees taking orders and another handing food out in the drive-through.

While I understand the efficiency of the drive-through system, it seems inhumane to subject employees to such harsh weather without adequate protection or alternatives. This reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A, a company known for valuing its staff and setting high standards in the fast-food industry.
