“In Austin for the Thanksgiving holiday and this spot is a favorite of my brothers. Just a quick jaunt got us to this little spot with a lot of character, but let's talk about why we're all here, the food. Per my brother you can gauge a good restaurant/bar by how good (if they serve it) their sweet potato fries are and these are a knockout (basically the opposite of a Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson match) and the only dancing that's done is with the fries and their Sriracha Mayo as they wait to enter your mouth hole. Their main burger: The Buffalo Bastrop Burger (as pictured) is a delectable journey from ground sirloin city to the tang of the buffalo then to the bite of the bluest of the cheeses which creates the thrill of the ride releasing a satisfaction guaranteed with no need for a warranty. The Mac n Cheese hits you right in the fun bags with its creamy goodness (think Velveeta esq texture), flavor profile, and extra melted cheese saying, "Hey! You have to get through me first!!" and daggumit I will!! Great spot, great food, you shant be disappointed!!“

“From out of town. Stopped by here last night with a couple of friends. Great little older bar. It’s not much to look at if you’re just driving by but once you get inside it’s night and day. Bartender was great, music was great, the people in there were friendly and the beer was cold. Can’t ask for more than that which is why I gave it 5 stars like most everyone else.“

“I kept hearing about this new restaurant takeover, Yellow Ranger, so had to try it. The server did a great job explaining the menu. The bartender, not so much. We ordered the crab rangoons for an appetizer then the Taiwanese Fried Chicken and the egg fried rice. The fried chicken was great! I’d order that again. The fried rice was so so.“
