Mohammed had great customer service during my visit.
Little Caesars is not known for its excellent service. And while this location isn’t great. I’d like to give a shout out to the team there this Sunday. They were great. Especially Gerard.
The staff was doing the best they could and the food was great once I received it but they were not setup for success. The location is severely understaffed and the air conditioning doesn't seem to work so it must be awful working at the store. The food is everything I'd want from Little Caesars but it always takes much longer than expected or quoted in the app.
