“My wife and I have discovered Simon Lee bakery in Pflugerville in 2005. Our first event was a birthday cake that we had them prepare for us and it was just perfect from decoration to taste. Since then we have always gone back there for special occasions. Just recently for my wife's 60th Birthday, the cake was a white cream with raspberry filling...I mean, it was too scrumptious for words. The owner Judy was the best coordinator throughout the process. Thank you Judy for all your help with making my wife's birthday a success event.“

“Diane & her team are always so great to work with! We have ordered several cakes for office birthdays and some for personal events and they always look amazing and taste even better! While I have never had the opportunity to enjoy the other goodies within the shop, they always look SO good when I go in to pick up my order.“

“this place has my favorite chocolate croissant & coffee combo ever and i make my boyfriend drive us from out of town so i can satisfy that craving ? he loves this place too though so we both end up with a tray full of treats and yummy pastries and the brown sugar oat latte takes my little tastebuds to coffee heaven with every sip! plus the pastries are sooo cheap? its crazy!! theyre like $3-$5 i think on average and such good quality in my opinion! the employees are kind and helpful and are always working so diligently! i hope they get the raise they so rightfully deserve!“

“Sprinkles is my absolute favorite and the absolute best cupcake ever. The cake is the perfect consistency, the frosting is the perfect amount of sweetness and amount. Every flavor is divine. The strawberry amd coffee are routine favs but the Holiday Gingerbread is EVERYTHING!!“
