We looked for a good food truck & are SO glad we found Red's!
The brisket was Moist, a great smoke ring & a fantastic flavor!
We got some of the point & the flat. We also loved the BBQ beans!
The owner was extremely friendly & even offered to make me creamed corn, even though they were out!
All of us were Extremely pleased with our meals & will recommend the truck, as well as their catering to our friends!
