This place makes a fusion/revisited version of banh mi. I had the bulgogi banh mi - very delicious!It is not what I expected since the flavours were very different from the original banh mi, but very pleasant. Fresh ingredients and the flavours were very balanced.Perhaps a little expensive for a banh mi - $15 - but worth trying!Recommended!
Amazing service. 5/5Bulgolgi Carnivore fries 3.5 (we took off the spicy mayo and used Vietnamese aioli instead)Bulgogi dumplings 4/5 the sauce of a too salty eat the dumplings on their own.The pork Casian Banh Mi 4/5The bread exterior is cracker like and airy but dense and toothy towards the center. The seasoning of the pork is very flavorful. I did not like that the pickled Daikon and carrots were not as "sour" or pickled as I'm used to. I asked for extra pâté on my sandwich...read full review

This place is awesome. Combining Texas BBQ smoked brisket into the banh mi delivery unit is a brilliant idea. how can you go wrong combining these magical culinary worlds? The baguette was ultra fresh as well. They have all kinds of great beverages to wash it down. This is a great locally-owned community gathering spot. Don't miss this!
