Will not be returning. I stopped going to Texas Roadhouse because of the loudness and crowds. I started ordering through their app. I didn’t have problems until tonight.
I placed an order and for pick up, I was given the options of ASAP or I could select a time. I ASSUMED that selecting a time was for people that wanted to pick up at a specific time and that ASAP meant you wanted the restaurant to start making your food as soon as possible.
