“Last Thursday, my family and I stopped by Starbies for some coffee, after we placed our order my daughter and I went to look at the cups trying to find something that might catch my eye. My daughter accidentally dropped one of the glass cups and broke. The manager (Felix) immediately approached us and in a very kind manner told us “Don’t worry about it, it was an accident”. My husband and I told him that we will pay for it, and once again he said “Don’t worry about it, it was an accident” as he was cleaning the mess for us. Honestly, I’m not just impressed by the way he handled the situation but his positive attitude towards me and my family, he definitely made our day, not because we didn’t pay the $20 cup, but for the outstanding customer service he provided. “I don’t usually rate places, but this location was so cool that they deserved it.
I stop every day at Starbucks but mostly in the south, I stopped by Monday 12/8 at night and since I step by, baristas were friendly and had my food ready in a matter of seconds.
Location looked cleaned and whenever they had no customers ordering , they kept busy cleaning the store.
I liked the overall experience around this location plus the fact they had cool cups and roller rabbit collection.
Hope your leaders can read this and appreciate cool workers that are rarely found lately.
