“Last Thursday, my family and I stopped by Starbies for some coffee, after we placed our order my daughter and I went to look at the cups trying to find something that might catch my eye. My daughter accidentally dropped one of the glass cups and broke. The manager (Felix) immediately approached us and in a very kind manner told us “Don’t worry about it, it was an accident”. My husband and I told him that we will pay for it, and once again he said “Don’t worry about it, it was an accident” as he was cleaning the mess for us. Honestly, I’m not just impressed by the way he handled the situation but his positive attitude towards me and my family, he definitely made our day, not because we didn’t pay the $20 cup, but for the outstanding customer service he provided. KUDOS FOR FELIX!!“
“We had a regular coffee with half and half, a cortado, a frappe sample and a cold pressed orange juice. Everything was delicious. It was busy but our order came up fast. Baristas were friendly and also said goodbye and thank you when we left, something I love and rarely experience in a Starbucks. Parking was a challenge, but we did find a spot and were able to eat in. Otherwise there is a drive through option. Highly recommend!“
