Starbucks in Brownsville

“I had one of those mornings. My coffee spilled all over me after I got cut off by a car on the expressway, and to make matters worse, it was my boss's coffee! 😅

I drove back to Starbucks to buy another one. Since the drive-thru line was long, I went inside. The barista immediately recognized me from the drive-thru, noticed my soaked pants and shoes (thanks to the Double Shot Americano), and, without hesitation, remade the drink at no charge.

That simple act of kindness completely turned my morning around. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and it's the reason they'll have my business for life. Thank you for going above and beyond!“

“This Starbucks is hands down the best one in Brownsville! Even though it’s drive-thru and pick-up at the window only, the service is incredibly fast and efficient.
