We really wanted to support a non-Cinemark/AMC theater. Angelika Plano has a great location, but the experience could have been better. We went for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour movie, which, of no surprise, is a live concert film where dancing and singing is encouraged. That said, the sound in the theater was low enough that you could hear normal talking over the music, and when I asked the staff if they could increase the volume, the first said "I don't work in the film room"...read full review
Great prices and unique and varied screenings. The seating is a bit cramped, but the movies are beautifully projected, and the audio balancing is spot on. No more volume turned up to 11 with incomprehensible dialog and ear splitting explosions and music.

This place has huge potential!!Location and theater size are perfect to make it successful. Today the movie sound was bad, the seats really uncomfortable and the restrooms dirty. Again, potential!But the Popcorn was good ;)
