Very authentic Cantonese style cuisine, especially with the baozai rice and sanbao rice! Just the waiting time is a little bit long for two people at their rush hours, their tables for 2 people are a bit fewer than what they need for a group of people that size. Overall, this restaurant is such a gem find around this area.
If you're craving authentic Cantonese food, this is your spot. The menu has a lot of authentic items and quality was all top notch.
Service and atmosphere were ok, but food was the standout.
+ Crispy pan fried noodles were excellent
+ Fried intestines were surprisingly delicate and tender
+ Wonton noodle soup was good
+ Scallion ginger clams were plump and well flavored
+ Pea sprouts were good
+ Beef chow fun had a strong wok hei flavor

We enjoyed our dinner very much.
The food was excellent. We ordered (1) Crab Typhoon Shelter Style with Fried Rice, (2) half of Salted Chicken with ginger and green onion sauce, and (3) Stir-fried Snow Pea Leaves.
