i placed an order for an iced chai latte to pick up in the drive thru, i pulled up and they said they were out of chai. they asked if they could get me anything else so i just got a latte but the girl still made me pay for it? if i already paid for a drink on the app and yall were out of it shouldn’t i not have to pay for a second drink?? doesn’t make sense
The food and service is good here and that’s why my daughter wanted to work here. However, a lady named Karen hired her and gave her a starting day. After that she kept ignoring her follow up prep calls. Ms. Karen was a no show at her starting day. Do not waste your time applying here, stay away from these people.

Horrible Experience! I took my girls inside to see if they had any fun solar eclipse donuts. Waited at the counter for several minutes before we were even taken care of even though we were the only ones in there. Asked about the special donuts and cashier just barked at me “how many?” I asked what kinds they were as I could clearly see there were three different kinds. She said there was only one.
