Chick-fil-A is a restaurant known for its nice location and generally good service, with spectacular customer service. The food is great, and the people are polite. This was a first time for some, and the lady at the drive thru line taking the order was very helpful and took the time to go over the menu items. The girl at the drive thru window was also very nice. They are the benchmark all other "fast food" establishments aim for. Vegetarian options are not many, and the salads are not as good. The portions are described as small, and some customers find the prices to be increasing while the serving sizes do not match. The app ordering system and drive-through service could use improvement. Despite these issues, Chick-fil-A is still considered a better option compared to many other fast food chains. The manager cares about the customer experience and the welfare of his staff.
