Outstanding customer service
I love Costco food court, except every time our family orders a whole pizza either in store or ahead of time, it’s always a bad experience. It’s a long wait. We ask if our order is ready, they tell us no. We ask again, and they pull it off the shelf saying we must have not heard them call our number. It’s infuriating. I would recommend standing directly in front of the counter in order to get your food when it’s ready.
