Shah is truly a top-notch owner and manager! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my son’s birthday cake and was extremely kind and accommodating with the gift card. Her customer service and willingness to help really stood out. This is our weekly go-to Baskin-Robbins, and it’s always a great experience.
