On a whim, my husband and I decided to try Eddie’s Diner in Plano. We sat the bar to eat since it was just the two of us and met the owner,Lydia, and found out that they are opening a new branch in Wylie soon. Ironically, we live just down the street off Parker Road and knew exactly where they were talking about. We met Tommy, the new manager at the Wylie location and are so excited for them to open next week! Incredible food, incredible people… a winning combination for Wylie!...read full review
