Great place to get breakfast. I had Simple Eggs with corn beef hash, toast, and coffee. The service was excellent, and the place had the feel of an old-time dinner.

Since coming back to live in DFW recently, Eddie's has quickly become one of my favorite family-oriented dining establishments. Although it feels like they've been around and serving the locals for decades, they've actually only opened in 2018. The small town vibe and personable servers make me forget I'm living in a busy metropolitan area.I've visited several times in the last year, and whether it's eggs benedict, a breakfast skillet, a burger or chicken fried steak, every single dish I've sampled is absolutely delectable!
Everything was exactly like the pictures! It was amazing would definitely recommend!

As excellent as people have said. Great service all the way around. The door was even opened for us as we entered and as we were leaving by the hostess. Tommy was our server who could not have given us any better service than he did from the time we sat down to the time we left, everything was on point. The menu looked great. We chose to share the Challah Monte Cristo sandwich breakfast with hashbrowns and Challah French Toast with eggs and bacon. The food was so good we overate and both have enough left overs for another meal to look forward to.

I always enjoy visiting this diner, even though there's usually a wait. At Eddie's, good food comes to those who wait. Lovely for a Sunday brunch. Great options for vegetarians without being all price "guagy." Food portions are worth the value! The cold brew coffee is amazing.

Every visit to Eddie's Diner in Plano is a great experience, largely thanks to our wonderful waitress, Carmen. She embodies warmth and kindness, making every breakfast outing feel like a return to a dear friend's home. Carmen anticipates our needs so impressively; sometimes, she brings our favorite drinks over as soon as she sees us. My wife and I always insist on having Carmen serve us because she not only knows our favorites but also enriches our mornings with her delightful presence. While we love the food at Eddie's, it's Carmen who makes each visit truly special. We appreciate her immensely—she's the main reason we keep coming back!

We have been in Plano for a long time and somehow we overlooked this neighborhood favorite. One day we noticed a line in front of Eddie's, then every time we passed we noticed the line again, over and over. So, one recent Saturday morning we decided to brave the crowds and go see what Eddie's is all about. The lines are so long that one brilliant young entrepreneur was selling lemonade to the waiting patrons. Two of us had the salmon benny, and it was exceptional. If you're saucy and like benedict sauce on every bite like me, be sure to ask for extra. Plus, the hash browns are perfectly made. Shredded potatoes brown and crispy on the outside yet still tender on the inside. Coffee was thick, smooth and delicious! The avocado toast was plentiful.Sorry it took us so long to find you, but we'll be regulars now that we know.
