“Excellent experience every single time. The taste is the sandwiches, the speed of service, the friendliness of the staff (especially Cisco, the manager) and the cleanliness of the store are consistent. I live in Addison but come to this location for those reasons.“

“I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches.“
