In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! “The location on Preston just south of Park in Plano was convenient and lots of parking was available this past Friday at 9am. The ambiance with the Orange lamp shades and green leather upholstery, nice booths, is up-market and uplifting. We were surprised that it was not busy but perhaps 9am on Friday is already the tail end of breakfast?
Ahsanii was our server and really made the experience for us delightful. She knew her menu, had great suggestions, and had a happy and joyful demeanor. Without doubt, a server like Ahsanii makes the difference no matter what reputation a restaurant may have. She checked in regularly, ensured our food was out on time, and our coffee was topped up. The food was great and well presented.

Indeed, THE BEST brownies I've ever had 😭🙏🏻 I thought it rather bold to have an entire business selling just brownies... usually brownies are a dry, chalky afterthought in every bakery front... NOPE, NOT HERE! Each decadent, dense square was moist, fudgy, and so so so sweet (in a good way!!!) The flavors really pulled through!!! Like I legit thought I was eating a snickers bar.“

“I have been here a few times for lunch food was always great and service was quick and friendly. I went last night to see a band. Man all I can say is wow. The outdoor band area is a great music venue. The band was awesome, the crowd had great energy. Was worried the service would be slow out there but they had plenty of help out there and everything was great. Outdoor area is open air but covered. They had plenty of fans and even heaters when it is cold. Will definitely be back in the future.“

“Prices are on par with other Chinese establishments in the area and yes, prices are a bit high overall. But, that’s just fast food in general, and $20 here will get you considerably more food than spending the same $20 on a burger or chicken finger restaurant. Been going here for years and always fast and fresh, with generous portions.“

“This is my first visit and I totally admired the vibes of this place. The atmosphere, the service and the friendliest staff ever just won my heart. I had a sesame bagel with cheese cream and the waiter was very kind to offer me free jam. For drinks I had Vanilla latte with oat milk and it was wonderful.
