Hakka Express Reviews
Hakka is hands down my absolute favorite asian food in the area. My family is all sushi all the time and they love the sushi place in the same food court. I never argue because that means more hakka for me. Hakka noodles dry with a fried chicken steak is the way to go. Plenty of options for the non adventurous too, hawaiian fries rice, shrimp and eggs. You can't go wrong here.
Smaller portions and increase in prices
Owners are very nice. Willing to work around different requests. Food is Hakka authentic. Typical food you’d get in Taiwan. Flavorful, soulful, traditional and delicious.
They now have various to go items off menu that are like traditional small eats. So good!

Hakka Express is a popular spot for authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The braised pork and hand shaved noodles are must-try items, with the popcorn chicken being a real crowd-pleaser. The Hakka dry noodles are flavorful, though some find it a bit greasy. The beef stew noodle soup is highly recommended, especially with thinner wheat noodles. Since it is located in a food court, the atmosphere is casual, with no table service, but the food more than makes up for it. The fried chicken is perfectly crispy and juicy, and the meatball soup is rich and savory. The restaurant offers a cozy, home-cooked feel, reminiscent of casual Taiwanese street stalls. Cash is preferred, but Venmo is accepted. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, packed with flavor. The meatball soup remains rich, savory, and satisfying. The vegetarian egg fried rice is flavorful, loaded with vegetables, and served in generous portions. The fried tofu is crispy outside and soft inside. Overall, Hakka Express provides some of the best-executed Hakka dishes, making it a top choice for Taiwanese food enthusiasts.
