This place is amazing. Not only are the meals great for my health plan, but the flavor is unbelievable. It checks off all of my boxes: - chef quality - non-processed - high protein - low carbs - absolutely delicious I’m pretty hard to impress, but Fit Plate cracked the code. Great food and great value. And owned by great people!

Finally stopped by the Keller location due to their recent post and my desire to support locally owned businesses. I could not recommend this place more. Cheaper than fast food and better quality food. The value is well worth it to me. Everything I’ve had so far has been fantastic. Most meals are done in under two minutes in the microwave. I have been eating their meals for years. I love how convenient it is. And they actually are amazing. Some of my favorites are the shrimp and grits, popcorn chicken with mashed cauliflower and green beans, shepherds pie and the fat bombs are also really good. I really do enjoy having these meals.
