This location has terrible phone call customer service. It is AI-run and takes ridiculously long to order. In order for me to order 6 pizzas I had to take forever. Never ordering again.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any Papa John’s location. The assistant manager is extremely rude. The pizza was all delivered burnt and her response was to give me a free large pizza on our next order. This was a $40 order of pizza. She called me a lier when I initially called to tell her about the problem because she had boxed the pizza herself. Do not order from this establishment. I will be contacting corporate next.
When I called the manager to ask where my delivery was, he told me they were running behind. I ordered several pizzas for 6:15. I told him if they were going to be late, he should have notified me because making me wait was unprofessional. My kids are hungry and crying. He said, @If you want to leave a bad review, go ahead.” So, I am. Papa John’s has lost a long-time customer for the unprofessional rudeness of the manager!
