“Been coming to this location since it opened, after avoiding the old location at 15th & Custer bc of hygiene and customer service issues there. I've been going pretty regular and have enjoyed almost every time except once or twice in 3-4 years. Went there today and got the usual good service from the 2 guys that work there. Asked them to make the 10 piece family meal + a 2 piece FRESH even though they had some chicken there and they didn't cause a fuss about making it fresh. The newer one that opened next to Sam's in Plano is closer but I prefer to come to this location tbh. The layout is better and service is better imo.“
“I order from the drive thru for my family about 3 times a month. It's very normal that 1 of the 3 times the order is correct. They always forget something (no matter which location) and I have to go back. They are always nice about it, but its an inconvenience.“
“My last vist was about two weeks ago but I'd be wrong to not share the good as eagerly as I share the bad. Nora and Saima are the BEST. I absolutely love how they treated me with kindness. They really take pride in what they do. I prefer this location over any location in the Dallas area. I live in Garland. I will drive the extra time EVERY time I get the itch for popeyes because this location always gets it RIGHT. The food is always fresh and the service is always remarkable. Keep up the excellent work. ❤️“
