“We use to eat here years ago, food prices just got to expensive. We recently visited and noticed that the prices had dropped. Anyway the food was really hot, good and fresh. They even gave us coupons which brought us back for a 2nd visit. See you all next time!“

“Food is great ,except for the fried pickles they weren't just cooked and not fresh, recommend that when you order fried pickles make sure they cook them as you're standing there fresh, the food is really good the service is excellent, but the atmosphere isn't to good , I would definitely recommend drive through“
“Popeyes definitely came through with the chicken this time. The pieces had a really nice crunch on the outside, and the meat was tender and flavorful all the way through. I also tried the wings, which had a good balance of seasoning and sauce without being overly messy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were creamy, and the biscuit was soft with that buttery flavor you expect. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were enough to make it a pretty filling meal. I liked that the food didn't take too long either, so it worked well for a quick lunch. Overall, the food was flavorful, the portions were good, and the meal was worth what I paid. Definitely a satisfying Popeyes run.“

“I have visited this location probably 4 times in about 2 months and every time the food is hot, it’s fast, my order is correct, the front staff is courteous, calm and attentive. One time I visited and the a/c was broken and the front staff was just as nice. I hated they even had to work that day but all of the men working that day were working hard in that heat! I’ve been in when customers were rude and complaining and the staff just keeps calm and serves with respect. Once the front staff worker was working alone doing inside and drive thru at the same time! And doing it efficiently. Good job Popeyes on Wheatland!“
“Aye VICETE J!! I told you look out for me, aye this guy here took care of me well when I had placed in a big order. I forgot to tell the cashier the utensils and plates I needed and he got everything for me. He went to the side to get me more sporks because the front ran out. He did it fast when it was busy. I felt bad but he was on it fast. Heck yeah brother. Food was great 👍 👌 😋“

“Last few time I visited it felt like Owas an inconvenience & something took almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me. Now going to the one at Beltline & Plano. Attentive service, but seemed to take longer to get our order than I think it should.“
“I had an Uber Eats order with some issue and Brittany stepped in and solved my problem immediately. All staff were patient and courteous. I've never seen such kind staff at Popeyes. After a long and frustrating day, I was very happy to have a prompt resolution.“
“Place was a bit dirty like they needed to wash the tables and clean soda area. The food was fresh and hot. All was good but the biscuits had an off putting strawberry taste. These were the plain biscuits and the faint flavor made them taste like soap. Other than that all was good.“
“They put a smile on my face because the person waiting on me did everything he was supposed to and did not take shortcuts. This made me smirk a little but that was fun because another person saw me and we smiled a knowing smile at each other. I.e. “Not sure what all the cranky reviewers of this place are expecting but let me set the scene for you: It's a Popeyes! That alone should be enough. Right next to the airport in not the most luxurious part of the city. In fact, arm pit could describe it. It's a miracle they get people to work here. I'm expecting my mom's fried chicken? No, I'm expecting something to be served to me reasonably fast, by someone who is partially engaged to get the job and meets the mark on mass produced fried chicken at a franchise. And you know what? It absolutely ticked every one of those boxes so, I left grateful, please, and nourished. If you want more, go somewhere else.“

“I got sweet and spicy wings instead of Sweet and smoky Chipotle wings. So they messed up my order initially but I'm not a sourpuss. That wasn't the end of the world. The staff was really accommodating and I ended up having to wait a few minutes but got a fresh order. There's a girl in here with red hair and tattoos on her hand and she was so polite and understanding. I commend her for her customer service cause I'm used to being met with a much more rude attitude in other Popeyes locations. I'd definitely return to this one specifically“

“The workers are always busy, have lines, and seem short staffed - but they make a go of it. Given the volume of people they move through there, the place always looks like a tornado hit it. But the food is solid Popeye's food. Their chicken sandwiches are my fav!“
“Although I had it delivered and can't have an opinion regarding atmosphere or service, the quality of this food was AMAZING!!! I can't believe why I hadn't tried Popeye's chicken before!! It is so tender and tasty that you can't eat just one piece. The fries, as well as biscuits and coleslaw are the perfect company to make this meal the best chicken I have had in years (outside of home that is )
