“We use to eat here years ago, food prices just got to expensive. We recently visited and noticed that the prices had dropped. Anyway the food was really hot, good and fresh. They even gave us coupons which brought us back for a 2nd visit. See you all next time!“

“Food was slightly overcooked. Employees were typical young, nonchalant, leisurely and in no urgency to keep the lines moving. This particular location is congested due to building placement and limited parking lot area, drive thru lane blocks entering and exiting. Prepare to be frustrated if near meal time.“

“Went to this Popeyes and they get 5 out of 5 all the way around, from food, service and atmosphere. I felt at home, at a professional establishment and the food satisfied me after topping off the experience. Solid crew here and great food safety practices.“
“Food is great ,except for the fried pickles they weren't just cooked and not fresh, recommend that when you order fried pickles make sure they cook them as you're standing there fresh, the food is really good the service is excellent, but the atmosphere isn't to good , I would definitely recommend drive through“
“I have visited this location probably 4 times in about 2 months and every time the food is hot, it’s fast, my order is correct, the front staff is courteous, calm and attentive. One time I visited and the a/c was broken and the front staff was just as nice. I hated they even had to work that day but all of the men working that day were working hard in that heat! I’ve been in when customers were rude and complaining and the staff just keeps calm and serves with respect. Once the front staff worker was working alone doing inside and drive thru at the same time! And doing it efficiently. Good job Popeyes on Wheatland!“
“Had that customer survey coupon for free chicken with a large drink, didn't tell them about it. Usually when I do I would get some pieces of what looks like chicken. So I got a normal order this time... What's odd is that the chicken is starting not to taste like chicken.“
“Aye VICETE J!! I told you look out for me, aye this guy here took care of me well when I had placed in a big order. I forgot to tell the cashier the utensils and plates I needed and he got everything for me. He went to the side to get me more sporks because the front ran out. He did it fast when it was busy. “Place was a bit dirty like they needed to wash the tables and clean soda area. The food was fresh and hot. All was good but the biscuits had an off putting strawberry taste. These were the plain biscuits and the faint flavor made them taste like soap. Other than that all was good.“

“I went through the drive thru. This is my first time going to Popeyes since I've been in Texas. The chicken was hot and fresh. The biscuit was fresh and soft. Coleslaw was fresh. They were young guys with great attitudes and soon as I pulled up to the window I paid and my order was ready.“

“I got sweet and spicy wings instead of Sweet and smoky Chipotle wings. So they messed up my order initially but I'm not a sourpuss. That wasn't the end of the world. The staff was really accommodating and I ended up having to wait a few minutes but got a fresh order. There's a girl in here with red hair and tattoos on her hand and she was so polite and understanding. I commend her for her customer service cause I'm used to being met with a much more rude attitude in other Popeyes locations. I'd definitely return to this one specifically“

“The workers are always busy, have lines, and seem short staffed - but they make a go of it. Given the volume of people they move through there, the place always looks like a tornado hit it. But the food is solid Popeye's food. Their chicken sandwiches are my fav!“
