Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Arlington

“I was here just to pick up a DoorDash order. The store was really busy with a lot of orders coming in and a long drive-through line. Alejandro, who I’m assuming was the manager on duty, was the absolute best. He was working very hard and was able to lighten the mood with a few jokes and trying to defuse situations. Even though he was super busy, he kept a very upbeat attitude and was extremely friendly.“

“Best Popeyes I’ve been too Julie took my order w speed and precision, she then switched to the back and dropped a fresh batch of chicken so I would be satisfied, she had my food out in less than 10 minutes I just know she would die for Popeyes“

The guys name is Alex.

I'm not sure what the nice guy that takes the drive thru orders name is, but he is very professional, kind spirit, and friendly. The food was hot and fresh both times I went and I hope it continues to stay that way, because we drive a nice ways just to come to this store. ONLY thing I'm disappointed in, is that popeyes discontinued the shrimp menu for 2026. But I will recommend this location because it's very clean even the parking lot and drive thru.“

“Friendly service and the food was very good! Only thing is my fries were not fresh and my Mac and cheese portion was very small however I’m sure that’s corporate sizing etc, so not rating it any lower, overall very good meal for the price!“

“There was a wait for chicken sandwiches for 30 minutes long so I ended up getting some tenders but it was still great. And another thing I love is the music it’s so wonderful and great customer service but that same day I overheard some arguing in the back but nonetheless it’s still a good Popeyes I recommend it if your looking to dine in quickly.“
