“I ordered Uber Eats delivery today and they messed up my order, and Uber only gave me a $5 credit which was not *nearly* enough to reorder the part that was messed up, so I went there in person in hopes they would remake that part without me having to spend an extra $25 for the $10 combo that was wrong. I expected them to give me issues, so I was prepared for the worst, but the cashier I spoke to seemed to understand pretty quickly and was very kind and offered to remake it without any problems. He seemed really apologetic and I was really relieved and thankful, and as someone who also works in fast food I wanted to leave a review because it was very nice of him. :)“

“Whoever is the manager at this location, please make sure he gets a promotion. Also, please make sure all of the employees here get some sort of bonuses. I have been to several dozen Popeyes locations and this one is HANDS DOWN THE BEST. They do not mess up your order, everything comes correct. You want HOT chicken? Come here. You want crispy fresh fries? Come here. You want well carbonated beverages? Not the flat stuff? COME HERE. It's so on point, I don't even know how else to promote these guys better. Y'all keep doing what you're doing. 10/10 will come again.“

“Felix/Service was a 6. Straight forward answers as to what chicken was fresh, offered sample to satisfy inquiry. I wanted the spicy but most importantly I want it hot. Hot regular no problem, I could be to particular with this location and I didn’t have to wait. Very impressed with this young man taking his job serious enough to address customer satisfaction. I have been to this location previously and vowed not to return but after returning from a 6h road trip and cowboys are about to play surely today had to be better and glad to say it was. Thank you Felix for not allowing me to leave disappointed. Management please treat Felix right and build you customer service around Felix in order raise your store above the 2.4/5 review.“
“Food was typical of Popeye's; good, hearty, and hot. Service was also typical of Popeye's; abrupt, somewhat rude, and slow. Prices have gone way up since the last time I was at a Popeye's. Overall decent, but most of that was food quality.“
“My favorite chicken is that Louisiana seasoned and Popeyes on Collins cooks it right. It’s crispy and done. Not dry and over cooked or undercooked. It’s always cooked perfect. Staff is nice. The atmosphere has that southern jazz feels and it’s clean. I give it 5 stars.Great job even during rush hour.Thanks“
